Boodle Hatfield strengthens partner hires
Law firm Boodle Hatfield has announced the appointment of two new partners, welcoming Neil Biswas to its real estate team from Trowers & Hamlins and David Davies to its corporate and commercial team from Kingsley Napley.
Neil brings more than 20 years’ experience in real estate investment and development, particularly in the London market, while David has a broad corporate background advising international investors, entrepreneurs, and venture-backed companies.
David said: “Boodle Hatfield has built a reputation for advising ambitious, high-growth businesses with a forward-thinking and collaborative approach.
“I am thrilled to be joining the team to help our clients navigate the opportunities and challenges of today’s evolving corporate landscape – particularly within the technology and impact-led sectors.”
Neil added: “I am excited to join Boodle Hatfield at such a transformative time in the real estate sector.
“The firm’s strong platform and strategic vision align perfectly with my focus on delivering solutions-oriented advice to clients across housing, regeneration and large-scale investment.
“I look forward to contributing to the continued growth of the practice.”
Their appointments enhance Boodle Hatfield’s capabilities across real estate and corporate work, following a year of strong growth that saw revenue rise 20 per cent to £43.1 million.
Andrea Zavos, senior partner at Boodle Hatfield, added: “We are delighted to welcome Neil and David to the firm.
“Their track records, wealth of knowledge and experience enhance our established real estate and corporate practices.
“Their appointments reflect our continued investment in senior talent to meet the evolving needs of our clients, both in the UK and internationally.”
