Thomson Snell & Passmore appoints new partner

Thomson Snell & Passmore, based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, has strengthened its corporate and commercial team with the appointment of Anthony Morton as partner in banking and finance.

Anthony brings extensive experience advising lenders and borrowers on corporate finance, leveraged acquisitions, restructurings, asset-based lending and private equity transactions. 

He previously worked at firms including Pinsent Masons, Norton Rose Fulbright, Milbank, Linklaters and Allen & Overy.

Anthony’s appointment supports the team’s strategic growth plans as it continues to build its reputation in the corporate mid-market, advising on complex and multi-million-pound transactions across the UK and internationally.
