Crowell & Moring expands London finance team

Crowell & Moring UK LLP has appointed Tom Dell’Avvocato as a partner in its financial services group in London, strengthening its cross-border asset-based lending and specialty finance capabilities.

Tom advises banks, alternative capital providers and corporate borrowers on complex financing arrangements. 

He has led high-profile transactions including the cross-border financing of New Look and asset-based lending for the Cooper & Turner group.

He joins with associate Kieran Barnes, with whom he has worked with on major deals, both coming from Squire Patton Boggs.
