Bromleys scores with new sponsorships
A Greater Manchester-based law firm is kicking off a fresh round of local sports sponsorships this season.
Bromleys Solicitors, based in Ashton-under-Lyne, is supporting a trio of football clubs while renewing backing for athletics groups in the region.
The firm continues its long-standing partnership with Curzon Ashton FC, sponsoring the men’s and women’s first teams for the ninth consecutive season and retaining its role as official legal and media partner.
Bromleys also sponsors the club’s 3G community pitch, used weekly by thousands for football, walking football and games for veterans and disabled participants.
Paul McHugh, director at Curzon Ashton, said: “We are delighted to be renewing and continuing our partnership with Bromleys Solicitors.
“The firm has supported the club in a variety of capacities over the years since its initial sponsorship in the 2017/18 season, and we are thrilled to announce that for the next two seasons Bromleys will once again be our official club media partner and community pitch sponsor.”
The firm has also agreed a two-year deal with Stalybridge Celtic, with branding displayed on flags, signage and pre-match ceremonies.
Finally, Bromleys is kit sponsor for Tintwistle Athletic FC’s Under-8 Blacks team, part of a club catering to players from four years old to veteran age.
Jake Connor, joint coach of Tintwistle Athletic FC’s Under-8 Blacks team, added: “We’re extremely grateful to Bromleys Solicitors for its generous sponsorship of the team this season, and for providing us with fantastic new kits and training tops.
“The firm’s support is truly invaluable and will make such a positive difference to the kids, helping them feel proud, confident and part of something special.”
Alongside football, Bromleys continues as headline sponsor of East Cheshire Harriers and Tameside Athletics Club, reinforcing its commitment to community sport.
Mark Ormston, club secretary at East Cheshire Harriers & Tameside Athletics Club, added: “Having a loyal partner like Bromleys means a great deal to our club.
“The firm’s continued belief in what we do – from athletics coaching and training to promoting fitness and wellbeing across Tameside and the surrounding area – helps us stay focused on serving the community.
“By renewing its support for another two years, Bromleys has provided us with a guaranteed income and vital financial stability, allowing us to plan ahead with confidence and continue delivering opportunities for people of all ages to get active and involved.”
Paul Westwell, managing partner of Bromleys, said: “We’re proud to continue our support for Curzon Ashton, a club we’ve stood behind for many years, alongside more recent partnerships with Stalybridge Celtic, East Cheshire Harriers & Tameside Athletics Club and Tintwistle Athletic.
“Our support is a source of pride for our staff, as these clubs play a vital role in the communities that we serve.
“We wish all of them a successful season ahead.”
