Swinburne Maddison appoints head of conveyancing
Durham-based law firm Swinburne Maddison has appointed Craig Foot as managing associate and head of residential conveyancing.
With more than 17 years’ experience in residential property law, Craig has overseen thousands of transactions across the North East and beyond.
His career includes senior roles at a prominent regional law firm, where he progressed to team leader and assistant operations manager.
At Swinburne Maddison, Craig will lead the residential conveyancing team, supporting clients with property transactions and advising investors on portfolio growth and management.
Craig said: “I’m delighted to be joining Swinburne Maddison at such an exciting time in the firm’s growth.
“The team has a fantastic reputation for client service and professionalism, and I’m looking forward to building on that.
“My focus is on delivering a smooth, transparent experience for every client, and ensuring

Craig’s appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in people and services as it expands its presence across the region.
