DCB Legal appoints MD to drive expansion

DCB Legal has appointed Eddie Harrison as its new managing director to lead the business into a new era of growth.

Bringing more than 20 years’ experience in debt recovery, litigation and financial services, Eddie will drive new growth and innovation at the firm. 

He most recently oversaw the build of debt collection processes for Revolut UK, managing retail credit portfolios end-to-end while ensuring regulatory compliance, optimising in-house and outsourced collections, as well as leveraging technology and analytics to deliver best-in-class results.

Eddie previously held senior roles at Lowell Solicitors, Overdales Legal and APN Group, helping build in-house law firms within leading debt purchase and recovery organisations. 

He began his career in doorstep recoveries at BrightHouse before spending almost a decade at Capquest, where he rose through the ranks and helped establish the litigation team.

Eddie, who was recently recognised on the Credit Connect 2025 Industry Leaders List and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), said: “DCB Legal has established a prominent position in the private parking market in a relatively short amount of time. 

“The business’ ambition to now grow beyond this really struck a chord with me.

Based in Runcorn, Cheshire, DCB Legal is the legal services arm of DCBL, specialising in debt resolution, civil and commercial litigation and landlord and tenant services.
