Seaham Hall launches luxury coastal lodges

A North East resort has unveiled exclusive coastal residences for sale.

Seaham Hall, the award-winning five-star hotel and Serenity Spa, has launched a collection of premium one and two-bedroom lodges on Durham’s Heritage Coast. 

The new Residences, designed by Gaunt Francis Architects, offer prospective buyers a combination of luxury living, sea views and access to the hotel’s award-winning spa and dining facilities, including The Dining Room – the hotel’s fine dining restaurant – and the newly refurbished spa and evening restaurant, Geko.

Construction of the lodges began in September 2024, expanding the five-star property portfolio within the grounds of the historic hotel at Lord Byron’s Walk.

Prices for the contemporary lodges start from £425,000 to £750,000, catering both to those seeking a personal coastal retreat and buyers looking to generate income through Seaham Hall’s lodge subletting service.
