Spin Group expands with Tiny Studios deal
A social media agency has expanded its creative and production capabilities.
Spin Group, a creative-first social media agency, has acquired fellow London-based Tiny Studios, a production studio known for championing diverse creatives and delivering impactful, community-focused content.
Founded by Celia Hodgson, Tiny Studios has built a reputation for producing cinematic campaigns that combine creativity with environmental responsibility.
The studio’s client portfolio includes Nike, V&A, Rosewood Hotels, Gymshark, e.l.f, SOJO and Barilla, showcasing its ability to deliver high-quality content across sectors.
Bosses say the move strengthens Spin’s in-house production offering and builds on the group’s intentional approach to growth through meaningful acquisitions, following its earlier purchase of audience agency Be A Bear.
They add that by combining Spin’s social expertise with Tiny Studios’ production prowess, the group aims to offer clients cinematic, socially driven campaigns at scale, further cementing its position as a leading creative force in the digital marketing landscape.
Alex Bodini, chief executive of Spin Group, said: “Tiny Studios’ creative vision and commitment to progressive production align perfectly with our ambition for global social storytelling.
“Together, we’ll deliver culturally connected work at scale while setting new standards for responsible content creation.”
Celia added: “This partnership is about scaling what Tiny does best – punchy, purposeful content made with care.
“The team at Spin Group recognised the strength of our brand, our team, and our way of doing things, and this deal means we get to grow without losing what makes us… us.
“It opens up bigger opportunities to work with ambitious brands and keep proving that creativity and conscience can scale side by side!”
Spin Group itself is a trusted partner of Meta, YouTube and TikTok, operating a fully in-house 360° social model that integrates creative, strategy, influencer and paid media under one roof.
Recent wins include global accounts such as Fortnum & Mason, Five Guys and InPost, while the agency continues to manage long-term partnerships with Channel 5, Google Cloud and Branston Beans.
