Chadwick Lawrence welcomes 18 new starters

Yorkshire law firm Chadwick Lawrence has strengthened its offices across Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Bradford and Horbury with 18 new appointments, taking its total headcount to 252.

The intake includes paralegals, solicitors, apprentices and support staff, reflecting the firm’s commitment to developing talent from a range of backgrounds, including non-traditional legal career paths. 

Among them are Trent Van Sittert, a former construction worker turned paralegal, and Ben Preece, joining as a junior IT support analyst through a Level 3 apprenticeship.

  • Kathy O’Hare, conveyancing assistant, real estate
  • Lucy Royles, solicitor, employment
  • Meghan Bedford, solicitor, clinical negligence
  • Mohammad Qasim, new business assistant, real estate
  • Sophie Lister Moor, solicitor, corporate and commercial
  • Tia Nelson, trainee conveyancing assistant, real estate
  • Zahira Mahmood, assistant, conveyancing, real estate

The appointments demonstrate Chadwick Lawrence’s focus on investment in people, apprenticeships, and professional development, supporting the firm’s continued growth across its eight West Yorkshire offices.
