Knights strengthens Cardiff team

Full-service law firm Knights has expanded its Cardiff office with the appointment of Reshma Jogia as banking partner.

With more than 24 years’ experience at leading law firms, Reshma brings expertise across debt finance and secured lending. 

Consistently recognised as a leading individual by the Legal 500, she has acted on multi-million-pound transactions for businesses, investors and funders.

Her specialisms include corporate finance, private equity funding arrangements, acquisition and asset finance, trade finance and real estate and development finance, as well as loan refinancing and restructuring.

She said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Knights at such an exciting stage of growth as we enter the market in Cardiff.

Reshma’s appointment comes weeks after Knights opened its Cardiff office, which now has eight partners and 11 professionals covering real estate, dispute resolution, corporate, private client, construction and banking.
