S&W adds new partner to consulting team
S&W, the professional services group, has strengthened its consulting team with the appointment of Sophie Long as partner.
The hire reflects the firm’s focus on expanding its consulting capabilities and supporting clients through complex challenges.
Sophie brings over 20 years of financial services experience, including 12 years at Thistle Initiatives, a private equity-backed firm, where she helped drive growth and strategic direction.
In her new role, she will work closely with clients to unlock growth, navigate change and deliver tailored solutions across strategy, operations and transformation.
Sophie said: “After an incredible journey at Thistle Initiatives, I’m excited to bring my experience into a new environment where I’ll be supporting clients through complex strategic challenges.
