Thomson Snell & Passmore grows real estate team

Kent-based law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has strengthened its real estate department with seven new appointments, as part of ongoing strategic growth led by Richard Ellard.

The new team members include Caroline O’Dwyer as senior associate, Elaine Holland as legal executive, Anthony White and Jemima Carter as solicitors, and paralegals Alex Potts, Nell Hanslip-Ward, and Matilda Christopher-Waite.

They will work alongside Sarah Easton, who leads the development team; Joanne Wright, head of commercial real estate; and Matthew Grogan, who oversees real estate finance.

With 49 fee earners, the real estate team is now one of the largest in the South East, providing commercial advice and London-style service to help businesses achieve objectives efficiently and cost-effectively.

Richard Ellard, head of real estate at Thomson Snell & Passmore, said: “We have ambitious plans for the real estate department and these appointments are a key step in enabling us to achieve these.

“It is great to welcome them all to the firm.

“They will help add further strength to our already excellent offering, as we continue to anticipate and exceed the needs of our clients against a backdrop of near constant legislative change and economic uncertainty.”
