Yorkshire law firms join to expand services
Two Yorkshire-based legal firms are combining forces to strengthen their regional presence and services.
Han Law Co and Inspire Legal Group have completed a strategic merger, creating an expanded legal team that aims to offer enhanced support across a wide range of practice areas.
The merger brings together two of the region’s well-regarded legal entrepreneurs, combining expertise in employment law, litigation, residential property, disability and discrimination, as well as commercial and corporate law.
Hannah Strawbridge, founder of Han Law Co, has joined Inspire Legal Group as head of legal and a shareholder, taking a seat on the board alongside founder and chief executive Natalie Foster and partner Bill Tilley.
Hannah said: “This merger is more than a business move; it’s a meeting of minds.
“Natalie and I share a vision for modern, accessible legal services, and we are proud to build something truly special here in Yorkshire.
“We are united by our shared values, and a forward-thinking approach.”
The newly merged firm will continue to operate remotely, supported by a dedicated client services team based at its Scarborough headquarters.
By integrating technology and flexible working practices, the firm aims to make legal support more accessible while maintaining high standards of service across Yorkshire.
Natalie added: “We are incredibly excited to welcome Hannah and her team on board.
“Hannah’s energy, expertise, and values align perfectly with Inspire’s, making Han Law the perfect fit for us to enhance our offering and capabilities.”
