T12 expands offshore reach in Brazil
An engineering firm is expanding its global footprint in the offshore sector.
T12 Engineering, headquartered in Teesside and with offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh, has entered a strategic partnership with Priner Serviços Industriais S.A., one of Brazil’s leading industrial and engineering service providers.
The collaboration aims to deliver integrated solutions across the offshore and onshore lifecycle, from conceptual studies and advanced engineering to procurement, operations, maintenance, commissioning and decommissioning.
Bosses say the partnership will leverage T12’s international technical expertise and subsea experience alongside Priner’s extensive operational presence in Brazil.
This combination will enable both companies to offer a comprehensive portfolio to major industry players in one of the world’s most dynamic offshore markets.
T12 will benefit from local knowledge and established client relationships, while Priner gains access to advanced engineering capabilities and best-practice methodologies, allowing it to take on larger, higher-value projects.
Brazil holds the position of the world’s second-largest subsea market, with demand growing for sustainable, high-value solutions that enhance the long-term performance of offshore and onshore assets.
By joining forces, T12 and Priner are well positioned to meet these challenges, providing clients with solutions designed to improve operational efficiency and asset longevity.
The partnership builds on T12 Engineering’s recent international expansion.
Earlier this year, the company secured a three-year framework agreement with an independent oil and gas operator in Brazil, following the successful delivery of equipment supporting the late-life extension of subsea assets.
T12 has also established an office in Oslo to strengthen its presence in Norway’s energy sector.
Operating across multiple sectors, including bridge construction, energy-from-waste, petrochemicals, and asset integrity management, T12 Engineering specialises in technologies that extend the life of critical infrastructure and subsea assets.
