Blackpool-based law firm Blackhurst Budd Solicitors has announced the appointment of Tom Fielding and Jenny McPhee as directors, marking the next stage in the firm’s ongoing growth.
Tom, who joined the firm in 2018 and qualified in 2021, specialises in commercial property, advising on acquisitions, disposals and leases.
Jenny, who joined in 2023 and qualified in 2016, focuses on residential property, guiding clients through sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Tom said: “I’m thrilled to be taking on this new role as Director.
“Blackhurst Budd has a strong reputation in the community, and I look forward to helping the firm continue to grow and support our clients.”
Jenny added: It’s an honour to be appointed as a director.
“I’m proud to be part of a firm that values both its people and clients, and I look forward to contributing to Blackhurst Budd’s continued success.”
Their appointments reflect Blackhurst Budd’s commitment to developing its people and strengthening its full-service legal offering across the North West.
Warren Spencer, managing partner, added: “Both Jenny and Tom have made significant contributions to the firm, and their appointments as directors are richly deserved.”
