Knights strengthens Chelmsford team
Legal and professional services firm Knights has bolstered its Chelmsford office with the appointment of residential property partner Sarah-Louise Green.
Sarah brings over 20 years of experience in residential conveyancing, specialising in freehold, leasehold, new build, re-mortgaging and developer plot sales.
She also advises on shared ownership, title investigations and risk assessments, working with high-net-worth clients, housing associations and first-time buyers.
Sarah-Louise said: “I’m delighted to join Knights during what is undoubtedly an exciting period of growth for the business.
“Having practiced in Essex for my whole career, I’m looking forward to working with clients and colleagues from across the Knights network in what is a highly collaborative and supportive working environment.
“The firm’s unique one team approach and national scale, combined with its strong local presence across Essex and the South East as a whole, provides a brilliant platform to deliver excellent service for clients.”
Sarah’s appointment follows Knights’ expansion into Essex through the acquisition of Birkett Long in June, strengthening the firm’s presence across Colchester, Chelmsford, and Basildon.
With 1350 professionals across 32 offices, Knights ranks among the top 50 UK law firms by revenue.
Martin Hopkins, regional client services director at Knights, added: “Sarah is a vastly experienced residential property specialist, has a great reputation locally and is a brilliant addition to the team here in Chelmsford, which is fantastic for our clients and colleagues as we strive to deliver the very best legal advice.
“This is a really exciting time to be joining the business as we look towards further growth, not just in the South East but nationwide.
“Sarah has really hit the ground running and we’re excited to be welcoming yet more top professionals to our teams across the country in the weeks and months to come.”
