Knights adds two partners to Reading team
Legal and professional services firm Knights has expanded its Reading office with the appointment of two senior partners, regulatory specialist Philip Ryan and family law expert Zoe Rose.
Their appointments mark another step in the firm’s ongoing growth across the Thames Valley.
Philip brings over 20 years of experience advising SME and plc clients on regulatory and compliance issues, including product safety, trading law and corporate investigations.
He also has extensive experience in the automotive, retail and FMCG sectors.
Philip said: “It has been a fantastic first few weeks at Knights and I am delighted to contribute towards Knights’ growth in the Thames Valley.
“It is exciting to join at a time when the business is growing across the country.
“Being part of a truly national team means that I can always make sure that local and regional clients have access to the best possible advice.”
Zoe joins as a family partner with nearly 15 years of experience advising clients on divorce, financial settlements and complex family disputes involving trusts, business assets and international elements.
She added: “I’m delighted to join Knights during what is undoubtedly an exciting period of growth for the business.
“Having practiced in the Thames Valley for my whole career, I’m looking forward to working with clients and colleagues from across the Knights network in what is a highly collaborative and supportive working environment.”
Their appointments follow a series of senior hires and office expansion plans for Knights’ Reading team, which will soon occupy the entire 12th floor of The Blade as part of its continued regional growth.
James Christacos, regional client services director at Knights, added: “It’s wonderful to welcome Philip and Zoe to the team.
“Both are experts in their respective fields and bring with them a significant amount of experience to bolster our regulatory and family teams, which is fantastic for our clients and colleagues as we strive to deliver exceptional service and advice across all sectors.
“We are growing in Reading, as we are up and down the country, and we’re always on the lookout for additional top talent to join our ambitious team.”
