Knights boosts Chelmsford corporate team

National law firm Knights has strengthened its Chelmsford office with the appointment of experienced corporate partner Tejinder Mahil. 

With more than 30 years’ experience, Tejinder is dual qualified in England & Wales and Hong Kong and specialises in international M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions.

He has acted for vendors and purchasers across the UK, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, advising on acquisitions, financings, restructurings, joint ventures and commercial partnerships. 

His sector expertise spans real estate, technology, hospitality, leisure and gaming, and he is highly experienced in supporting in-house legal teams on major commercial projects.

Tejinder’s appointment follows Knights’ recent expansion into Essex through acquisition, giving the firm a permanent presence in Colchester, Chelmsford and Basildon.
