Freeths strengthens national restructuring practice
Nottingham-headquartered national law firm Freeths has appointed Graeme Danby as national head of insolvency and John Jeffreys as national head of restructuring, introducing a new leadership structure for its restructuring and insolvency practice.
The move reinforces Freeths’ position as a leading UK adviser in the insolvency and restructuring market, building on its strong performance across traditional insolvency while accelerating growth in restructuring and advisory work.
With more than 50 years’ combined experience, Graeme and John will lead the national team’s work for insolvency practitioners, lenders and corporates, supporting complex recovery, restructuring and special situations mandates across the UK.
Graeme said: “I look forward to taking on this role and continuing to build on Freeths’ strong reputation in the insolvency market.
“Our focus remains on delivering exceptional service to clients while strengthening relationships with insolvency practitioners nationwide.”
