Property firm eyes growth after seven-figure backing
A property management firm says it is set to build its market presence following £1 million support.
S Farrar Properties Group has been backed by HSBC UK.
It says the agreement will help double turnover across the next two years by bolstering the Liverpool-based company’s Northwood franchise office network across its home city, Bolton and Wigan.
They add the loan support will propel plans to grow its portfolio of residential lets and houses in multiple occupation, with the aim of making “affordable renting more accessible for tenants while offering opportunities for property investors”.
Shaun Farrar, managing director, said: “The support from HSBC UK has been pivotal in helping us accelerate growth and expand our Northwood network.
“This investment means we can continue to improve the standard of houses in multiple occupation, create more local jobs, implement essential training to staff and make renting a better experience for all.”
Liam Mitchell, HSBC UK relationship manager, added: “By combining local knowledge with a commitment to quality, Shaun and his team are strengthening the housing market across the region.
“We’re delighted to support their expansion and look forward to seeing their continued success.”
S Farrar Properties Group also includes Summit Management and Urban Residential.
