Testing firm expands with property consultancy deal
A testing and compliance firm has expanded with a takeover.
Celnor Group has bought Faithorn Farrell Timms.
Bosses say the move for the property consultancy bolsters London-headquartered Celnor Group’s risk management division.
Operating from bases in Brighton, Orpington and Potters Bar, Faithorn Farrell Timms provides support to clients including housing associations, local authorities and education providers across areas such as building and stock condition surveys and health and safety.
Simon Parrington, Celnor Group founder and chief executive, said: “Faithorn Farrell Timms’ exceptional reputation for quality, breadth of expertise and strong social values makes it a perfect fit for our risk management division.
“This collaboration enhances our technical capabilities and strengthens our commitment to making a positive difference across the sectors and communities we serve.”
Colin Farrell, Faithorn Farrell Timms senior partner, added: “Joining Celnor Group marks an exciting new chapter.
“We’ve always been passionate about delivering excellence and building trust with clients, and Celnor Group’s collaborative culture and vision provide the perfect platform for us to continue evolving.”
The deal comes just weeks after Celnor Group added Skipton-headquartered planning, architectural and landscaping consultancy Rural Solutions to its built environment division, and Primary Water Solutions to its safety and compliance arm.
