mfg Solicitors adds corporate solicitor
Worcester-based law firm mfg Solicitors has strengthened its corporate team with the appointment of Andrew Johnson as solicitor.
Andrew has joined the Tything-based practice to advise clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and corporate secretarial services.
He will work closely with corporate partner Sophie Thornton in Worcester, while also supporting teams across the firm’s Kidderminster and Birmingham offices.
Andrew said: “I was immediately attracted to mfg Solicitors due to its strong local reputation, but also the exciting growth within the corporate team.
“I am looking forward to playing my role in mfg’s future growth and development.”
Andrew’s appointment follows the recent promotion of Matt Smith and Philip Chapman to partners within mfg’s corporate team, further reinforcing the firm’s corporate offering.
Sophie Thornton, partner at mfg Solicitors said: “I’m delighted to welcome Andrew to the firm, he is already making an impact within the team and with our clients more generally.
“He is pragmatic, professional and provides quality advice which will benefit our clients in the months and years ahead.”
mfg Solicitors provides legal services to businesses and individuals across Worcestershire and the wider Midlands, operating from offices in Worcester, Birmingham, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, the Black Country, Ludlow and Telford.
