Addleshaw Goddard appoints real estate partner
London-headquartered international law firm Addleshaw Goddard has strengthened its real estate practice with the appointment of Kirsty Black as partner of its real estate team in Manchester.
Kirsty joins the firm from Shoosmiths, where she led the North real estate disputes team.
She brings more than 20 years’ experience advising on complex commercial property disputes, with particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters.
Her practice spans business lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, service charge disputes and wider contentious property issues.
Kirsty is nationally recognised for her work with major retail clients and has been ranked as a leading partner by The Legal 500.
Her appointment builds on recent growth within Addleshaw Goddard’s Manchester real estate disputes team and further strengthens the firm’s property capability across the North West.
