Caladium Cyber helps deliver triple ISO success
Consultancy projects can come with challenges. Whether it’s managing client expectations or handling a heavy workload, there is never a dull moment.
So, when Christopher Potts, founder and director at Hebburn-headquartered ITC Service approached Salford-based Caladium Cyber for assistance with their ISO certification, its managing director Henry Kibirige initially didn’t think much of it.
Henry said: “We get requests from customers all the time about things like this.
“We’ve built a strong reputation around compliance and certification so the request didn’t come as much of a shock.”
However, the conversation didn’t quite pan out the way Henry expected.
Chris requested for certification to be achieved within a three-month timeframe.
Not only that, Chris was looking for ITC to become certified to three separate ISO standards at the same time.
Henry added: “It’s a good job that I was sat down at the time.
“Otherwise, I would have fallen over!
“However, I respected the ambition and the value that we were going to bring, so we were ready to roll our sleeves up.”
A full ISO implementation project for a single standard can take up to six months, so such as a request seemed remarkable.
Yet over the following weeks and months, the team at Caladium Cyber got to work by understanding ITC’s operational processes, aligning them to the requirements of the ISO standards, and building a documentation framework that can used for years to come.
An external audit was booked in October 2025, which ITC Service passed with flying colours.
The company is now certified to:
- ISO 27001- Information Security
- ISO 9001- Quality Management
- ISO 22301- Business Continuity
These are internationally recognised standards that will help ITC Service to achieve their ambitious growth objectives.
Henry added: “The real benefit for ITC Service is that they now have certifications that make them stand out amongst the rest.
“They provide assurance to new and existing customers and mean that they can potentially bid for work that otherwise would have been out of reach.”
If your organisation is looking to grow, and demonstrate its quality to customers and other stakeholders, contact the team at Caladium Cyber to find out how your business can stand out.
