Fisher Jones Greenwood bolsters litigation team
Law firm Fisher Jones Greenwood has strengthened its litigation team with the appointment of solicitor Spencer Lewis.
Spencer joins the firm with more than 20 years’ experience advising on substantial and complex disputes.
Based in FJG’s Chelmsford office, he specialises in property and commercial litigation, with expertise spanning High Court and County Court matters including financial services disputes, shareholder conflicts, commercial agency issues and contractual claims.
Spencer said: “Fisher Jones Greenwood is an employer of choice that’s known for its investment in its people, its processes and innovation to provide the highest possible standards to clients.
“What struck me immediately was the quality and enthusiasm of the litigation team – a group of lawyers who genuinely enjoy their practice and are committed to continual learning.
“Helping people and achieving success for them is what motivates me, so it’s a perfect fit.
“There’s a real appetite for growth, and the leadership team’s clarity of vision and energy have been incredibly inspiring.”
Spencer’s appointment builds on continued investment in the firm’s litigation capability and follows recent industry recognition for the team across commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Partner Rhian Lowe added: “Spencer is an exceptional litigator with an impressive breadth of expertise and a proven track record in complex disputes.
“His appointment strengthens an already outstanding team and supports our commitment to providing high-level, strategic advice to clients.
“He brings technical excellence, commercial insight and a collaborative approach – all qualities that will help drive the team forward as we continue to grow and recruit further during this exciting period of development for the firm.”
