Leonard Curtis Legal bolsters dispute resolution team
Manchester-based Leonard Curtis Legal has strengthened its dispute resolution capability with the appointment of Dave Hulbert to lead the team.
Dave joins the firm from international law firm DWF, where he spent 16 years as a partner.
He brings more than 25 years’ experience advising on civil and commercial litigation, including complex contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, data protection matters and Equality Act cases.
Dave said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining Leonard Curtis as it continues to grow.
“It has a reputation for providing clear, commercially focused advice and I look forward to leading the dispute resolution team, working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver practical, joined-up support for clients.”
The team has also been bolstered by the arrival of solicitor Marcus Williams, who joins from Giambrone and Partners in London.
Marcus has experience across a broad range of civil litigation matters, including high-value property disputes, contractual claims and fraud cases.
They are supported by legal executive Cheryn Fisher, who joined the firm in late 2025 from DWF.
Leonard Curtis Legal advises businesses and individuals on corporate and commercial matters, insolvency, debt recovery and dispute resolution, and continues to invest in senior expertise as the firm grows nationally.
Katharine Lawrenson, director at Leonard Curtis Legal, added: “It’s great to have Dave and Marcus on board as we continue to broaden the expertise within Leonard Curtis Legal.
“Dave has as an impressive track record in complex litigation which will be hugely valuable to our clients as well as members of the Lifecycle network.”
