Mackrell LLP appoints litigation associate
London-headquartered law firm Mackrell LLP has strengthened its litigation and dispute resolution team with the appointment of Aaron Sharma as litigation associate, supporting the firm’s continued growth.
Aaron joins the firm with broad experience across High Court and County Court disputes, advising individuals and small and medium-sized businesses at all stages of litigation.
His work spans pre-action disputes through to active proceedings, with experience handling both straightforward and complex matters.
Aaron’s background includes acting on cases involving fraudulent misrepresentation, dishonest assistance and claims of secret profit, alongside more general commercial disputes.
In his new role, Aaron will support clients with clear, strategic and commercially focused advice, helping to deliver practical and cost-effective outcomes.
He said: “Mackrell LLP is a firm that is clearly growing with purpose.
“I was attracted by the strength of the disputes team and the firm’s commercial, solutions-focused approach.
“I am looking forward to supporting clients on complex matters and contributing to the continued expansion of the practice.”
Aaron’s appointment reflects Mackrell LLP’s ongoing investment in building its litigation capability as demand for specialist dispute resolution advice continues to grow.
James Atton, joint-managing partner and head of disputes and litigation at Mackrell LLP, added: “Aaron’s appointment is another important step in the ongoing growth of our team.
“Demand for our expertise continues to increase and Aaron brings the technical strength, commercial awareness and calm approach that our clients value.
“He will play an important role as we continue to expand the team and build on the firm’s national and international growth.”
