Switalskis recognises talent with round of promotions
Yorkshire-based law firm Switalskis has announced 11 promotions across its legal and support teams, recognising talent and progression across the business.
Four team members have been promoted to senior associate level.
These include Briony Ely in conveyancing, Ros Raine in the development team, Sandra Kowalska in contentious probate and Sarah Myatt in the crime department.
A further seven colleagues have advanced to associate roles, spanning residential conveyancing, Court of Protection, care, clinical negligence, development and people teams.
Those promoted include Alison Clifton, Amandeep Dosanjh, Michelle Lawton, Gabrielle Richardson, Callum Palmer, Victoria Pearson and Jaron Shahidi.
All promotions were achieved through Switalskis’ career development programme, which provides structured support and a transparent framework for progression.
