Neathouse Partners appoints new paralegals
Chester-based outsourced HR and employment law firm Neathouse Partners has appointed Ffion Jones and Lucy Taylor as graduate employment law paralegals, strengthening its employment law team.
Both recruits will support solicitors across a range of employment matters, including legal research, case management, drafting documents, and liaising with clients.
Ffion joins after completing her law degree at Durham University, bringing early experience in employment law through internships and commercial legal training.
Lucy graduated from the University of Nottingham and has been actively involved in pro bono work, alongside developing strong client care and organisational skills.
Sharon Auld, head of legal at Neathouse Partners, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Ffion and Lucy to Neathouse Partners.
“Both bring strong academic foundations, relevant practical experience and a clear commitment to employment law, which aligns closely with our approach to delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice.
“Their appointments further strengthen our employment team and allow us to provide an even quicker, more responsive service to clients, particularly when managing time-sensitive queries and ongoing matters.
“We look forward to supporting them as they progress in their legal careers and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.”
