Knights bolsters Cardiff property team
Legal and professional services firm Knights has appointed Clare Good as a partner in property litigation at its Cardiff office, supporting continued growth in the Welsh capital.
Clare brings more than a decade of residential and commercial property litigation experience, with specialist knowledge of the Welsh legal landscape.
Her expertise includes advising on the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016, as well as landlord and tenant disputes, easements, boundary issues and complex dilapidations claims.
She will support clients across both England and Wales, advising landlords, tenants and property owners on a broad range of contentious matters.
Clare said: “I’m really excited to have joined Knights, who are the standout regional professional services firm nationally.
“The firm’s unique one team approach and national scale, combined with its growing local presence in South Wales and across the South of England as a whole, provides a brilliant platform to deliver excellent service for clients.
“I am already seeing the benefit of working as part of such a talented team.”
Clare’s appointment follows Knights’ recent expansion into Cardiff, where the firm now has ten partners within a 17-strong team based at Brunel House, offering services across dispute resolution, corporate, real estate and private client disciplines.
James Christacos, regional client services director at Knights, added: “Clare is a talented lawyer who is a fantastic addition to not only our property litigation team nationally, but also our Cardiff office which continues to go from strength to strength.
“I’m delighted to have Clare onboard with yet more talented professionals set to join us in 2026 as we look to deliver on our ambitious plans for growth.”
