Magara Law invests in future talent
Oxfordshire-based employment law firm Magara Law has promoted Esther Anisha Peacock to trainee solicitor and appointed Amy Masters as administrative assistant as it continues to grow.
Esther steps up from her previous role as paralegal, having joined the firm in April 2025.
A law graduate from Keele University, she is completing her Master’s and Legal Practice Course qualification and is expected to qualify in 2026.
Esther said: “I’m really proud to be stepping into this role and grateful for the trust that Roy and the team at Magara Law have placed in me.
“Having grown with the firm, I understand the values that sit behind the work we do and how important it is to deliver the right outcome for every client.
“I’m excited to continue developing here and to support clients as part of such a close-knit and supportive team.”
Amy brings 17 years’ experience from the charity sector and will support the firm’s expanding caseload and day-to-day operations.
The appointments follow a year of growth for Magara Law, which recently marked five years in business and opened its fourth UK office, continuing to strengthen its employment law offering for clients across the region.
Amy added: “I’ve spent most of my career in roles focused on supporting people, and that’s what drew me to Magara Law.
“It’s a firm that takes time to do things properly, whether that’s for clients or colleagues, and I’m really pleased to be joining the team.”
Founder Roy Magara added: “There’s no shortage of people you can hire.
“The real challenge is finding people who genuinely understand your values and the standard of service you want to deliver.
“By promoting from within and bringing in people who share our ethos, we’re leading by example and making sure our clients continue to receive reliable, consistent advice as we grow.”
