MSB Solicitors appoints housing partner
Full-service law firm MSB Solicitors has appointed Kirsty Varley as a partner in its social housing and regeneration team, strengthening its specialist offering across the North West and Midlands.
Kirsty brings 18 years’ experience advising registered providers and local authorities on housing management matters, including tenancy enforcement and anti-social behaviour cases.
She has developed a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused advice and supporting clients with risk management and complex dispute resolution across the social housing sector.
Kirsty said: “I’m excited to be joining MSB at a time of growth for the firm. MSB has a strong reputation in the social housing sector, and I’m looking forward to working with clients and colleagues to deliver impactful legal services that make a real difference.”
Kirsty’s appointment enhances MSB Solicitors’ social housing and regeneration practice, which operates across Liverpool, Manchester, Cheshire and Birmingham, as the firm continues to expand its expertise in governance and regulatory matters.
Emma Carey, managing partner at MSB Solicitors, added: “Kirsty brings strong sector expertise and a practical, solutions-focused approach that will add real value for our clients.
“Her appointment supports the continued development of our social housing and regeneration team as demand across the sector grows.”
