Rowlinsons strengthens property team
Cheshire-based law firm Rowlinsons Solicitors has appointed Tim Jordan as a consultant solicitor, adding four decades of experience to its property department.
Tim qualified in 1986 and has specialised in residential property since 1996, with particular expertise in leasehold matters.
He has advised on complex transactions, including work within the London property market, and has held senior roles at established firms across the region.
In his consultant position, Tim will support colleagues on complex cases while contributing to team development through mentoring and practical training.
Tim said: “I am pleased to be joining Rowlinsons.
“I have known the firm for many years and it feels like a great fit for me.
“Rowlinsons is a forward-thinking practice with a practical approach to property work, and I am looking forward to contributing my experience and supporting the team where it is most needed.”
Tim’s appointment strengthens Rowlinsons’ property offering as the firm continues to build an experienced team focused on delivering high standards of client care.
Tom Parkinson, director and head of property at Rowlinsons, added: “Tim has a long and respected background in residential property, particularly in complex leasehold matters.
“His experience will be used to support challenging transactions, provide guidance to colleagues and strengthen the depth of expertise available to our clients.”
