Testing and compliance firm grows with takeover
A testing and compliance firm has expanded with a takeover.
Celnor Group has bought Dynamic Safety Solutions.
Bosses say the Manchester and Liverpool-based health, safety and compliance services provider “strengthens Celnor Group’s ability to deliver risk management solutions for clients across multiple sectors”.
They add it has joined London-headquartered Celnor Group’s risk management division.
Simon Parrington, Celnor Group founder and chief executive, said: “Dynamic Safety Solutions’ proven track record, deep technical knowledge and focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes make it a perfect fit for our risk management division.”
Sean McCann, Dynamic Safety Solutions’ director, added: “Joining Celnor Group is a significant milestone.
“This partnership will enable us to grow our reach and deliver even greater value to clients.”
The deal comes just days after property and construction consultancy Airey Miller Group – which operates within Celnor Group’s risk management division – expanded with a Cambridge office move.
Celnor Group also recently added Brighton, Orpington and Potters Bar-based testing and compliance firm Faithorn Farrell Timms to its portfolio.
