Construction firm joins property association
A Sheffield-based property network has expanded its ranks with the addition of a regional construction specialist to support the city’s long-term development ambitions.
The Sheffield Property Association (S-PA) has welcomed Clegg Construction as its latest member, strengthening its growing community of built environment professionals.
Operating across Yorkshire, the Midlands, the North West and East Anglia, Clegg Construction delivers public and private sector schemes and brings more than 90 years of experience to the network.
The contractor has played a prominent role in Sheffield’s skyline, delivering The Ironworks, a 12-storey block of 229 apartments, and is currently building the University of Sheffield’s new Faculty of Health.
Michael Sims, managing director at Clegg Construction, said: “Joining the Sheffield Property Association is a natural step for us.
“Sheffield is a city with huge potential, and S-PA’s collaborative approach aligns strongly with our values.
“We’re proud to support an organisation that puts communities at the heart of development.”
Rebecca Knight, director of the Sheffield Property Association, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Clegg Construction as a new member of S-PA.
“Their experience delivering high-quality, complex developments makes them a fantastic addition to our network.
“As our community of members continues to expand, it’s great to see so many businesses actively invested in being part of the growth of our region.”
