Fisher Jones Greenwood adds corporate trio
East of England law firm Fisher Jones Greenwood has appointed three solicitors to its corporate and commercial team, strengthening its Chelmsford office.
Natasha Bhandari joins as senior associate solicitor, advising owner-managed businesses, SMEs and corporates on acquisitions, disposals, restructures and shareholder agreements.
Associate solicitor Nana Poku strengthens the team with experience spanning transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters.
Solicitor Charlie Neal completes the trio, supporting clients on mergers and acquisitions, company documentation and commercial agreements.
Their appointments enhance the firm’s capability to support businesses at all stages of growth and follow continued recognition for the department in national legal rankings.
Fisher Jones Greenwood is a member of Lawfront and provides corporate and commercial legal services across the East of England.
Ashton Carter, partner and head of corporate and commercial, said: “I am delighted to welcome three talented solicitors to our growing team.
“Their decision to move to FJG is a ringing endorsement of our culture, ambition, and the high-quality work we deliver across the region to all our clients.
“They are each bringing valuable experience in corporate transactions, restructure and related matters, as well as commercial advisory work, further strengthening our corporate and commercial offerings.”
Charlotte Knappett, senior partner, added: “Attracting several hires from the same practice area is a rare achievement in today’s competitive legal market and demonstrates the confidence talented, ambitious lawyers place in building longterm careers at FJG.
“It is a fantastic start to the year for our corporate team, which aligns with FJG’s wider vision of delivering exceptional client care through the strength, breadth and capability of our people.”
