Bio&Me makes senior leadership appointments
Gut health food and drink brand Bio&Me, based in Chester, has made two senior leadership appointments as it enters its next phase of growth.
David Titman has joined as chief marketing officer, bringing extensive FMCG experience from roles at Who Gives A Crap, McVitie’s and Unilever.
Meanwhile Michael Cheeseman, the company’s first employee, has been promoted to the newly created role of international director, where he will focus on expanding the brand beyond the UK.
Founded in 2019 by Dr Megan Rossi, Bio&Me continues to grow rapidly, with its range of gut health products now stocked by major supermarkets including Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose.
Jon Walsh, chief executive and co-founder of Bio&Me, said: “As Bio&Me continues to grow, investing in the right people is absolutely critical.
“David gives us senior marketing firepower to help scale with confidence, while Michael has been instrumental in building Bio&Me’s marketing foundations, and is perfectly placed to help us expand internationally.
“These appointments reflect our ambition to build a trusted, truly global gut health business, without losing sight of what matters most: creating science-backed products that genuinely support people’s gut health.”
