Developer submits £51 million industry hub plans
A development firm has submitted £51 million industrial hub plans.
Erdgard Development hopes to create the three-unit Platform scheme at Brackmills, Northampton.
If the blueprint is approved, it says the buildings – which span a total of 186,237sq ft – would be ready for use from autumn 2027 onwards.
Gareth Williams, director at Henley-in-Arden-based Erdgard Development, said: “This will bring this site back into beneficial use through the development of a high-quality employment scheme.”
Erdgard Development is working with the Richardson family business on the 11.5-acre venture.
The plans come just days after Erdgard Development submitted a proposal to create the £36 million Pulse, Wolverhampton hub.
