Call centre firm rings in growth with 400-job plan
A call centre firm says it is primed to dial up operations in a 400-job expansion.
ResQ has unveiled plans to add hundreds of North East staff to its team.
Bosses say the move follows “a series of major contract wins” and growth across the energy, telecoms and automotive sectors.
They add roles will include customer service administrators, team leaders and operational support posts, and be introduced over the rest of the year.
Headquartered in Hull, the business runs a base at Spectrum Business Park, in Seaham, East Durham.
Hailing “one of the fastest periods of expansion in the firm’s history”, chief executive Gill Marchbank said: “This latest round of growth speaks to the reputation we have built for delivering expert customer service within organisations where teams are under intense pressure to respond quickly and effectively.
“It’s a real vote of confidence in our people and the quality of service we deliver for our partners.”
ResQ also works across sectors including utilities, retail and financial services.
