Dawson Radford appoints head of property

Chesterfield-based law firm Dawson Radford Solicitors has appointed Ian Osborn as head of property to lead a new commercial property department.

Ian joins from Taylor Emmet Solicitors, where he was a partner specialising in commercial property, agricultural and rural land matters.

He brings extensive experience in asset-driven transactions and has worked on a range of high-profile deals across the region.

In his new role, Ian will lead the development of the firm’s commercial property offering, supporting clients across England and Wales.

He said: “I thrive on establishing and developing departments, and Dawson Radford provides the opportunity to do exactly that. 

“The firm is already well respected for its corporate legal work, particularly within the care sector. 

“Joining Jo is an opportunity to help drive the business forward by building a strong commercial property offering.

Ian’s appointment strengthens Dawson Radford’s leadership team as the firm continues to grow and expand its legal services.
