Ridley & Hall announces promotions drive
Yorkshire-based law firm Ridley & Hall has made a series of partner and associate promotions as it targets £7 million turnover ahead of its centenary year.
Chloe Aston and Hannah Pedley have been promoted to partner roles within the private client team, while Laura Sheriff becomes a residential conveyancing associate.
Further promotions include Joanna Helliwell, Jack Robinson and Theresa Ferres stepping into associate roles across costs, IT and central services.
The promotions strengthen Ridley & Hall’s leadership and operational teams as the firm continues to pursue growth ahead of 2027.
Managing director Emma Pearmaine said: “This year is a pivotal year of growth for Ridley & Hall as we expand several departments with new hires, strengthen internal systems and workflows and prepare the business for increased demand and new service lines.
“Our latest promotions across private client, conveyancing, IT, and costs teams ensures each department has the senior oversight needed to deliver on our strategic plans, grow sustainably, and maintain high‑quality service standards.
“Their leadership will directly support the firm’s operational resilience and showcases our commitment to internal development – with several of our newly promoted colleagues having progressed through the firm from entry‑level roles and three of our new associates being non-lawyers – while also continuing our investment in people‑centered leadership, innovation, and service quality; all priorities demonstrated through our ED&I initiatives and firmwide committees.”
