Sintons strengthens real estate team

Newcastle-based law firm Sintons has appointed Claire Archer as a partner in its real estate team.

Claire brings extensive experience in commercial property, with a focus on large-scale development projects and advising housebuilders and institutional landlords.

She joins with a strong track record in high-value transactions, including mixed-use developments, regeneration schemes and complex acquisitions.

In her new role, Claire will support clients across the real estate sector, strengthening Sintons’ capability in development and investment work.
