Fletchers appoints managing director
Personal injury and medical negligence legal group Fletchers Group, headquartered in Manchester and Southport, has appointed Miriam Hall as managing director of operational excellence, joining its executive committee as the business continues to scale.
Miriam brings more than 13 years’ experience in operational consulting and joins from Chartwell, where she was a partner leading transformation programmes across multiple sectors.
She has worked closely with Fletchers over the past four years, supporting initiatives to improve performance, efficiency and client delivery.
In her new role, Miriam will lead operational strategy, oversee business intelligence and learning and development, and drive improvements across legal services and customer operations.
Miriam said: “I’m excited to be joining Fletchers at such an important point in its growth.
“Having worked with the team for the last four years, I know just how driven people across the business are to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
“I also know that this is supported by exceptionally talented people, strong operational performance and a lovely and collaborative culture.
“I’m looking forward to working with colleagues across the Group to build on that momentum – unlocking the power of our people through building capability, making better use of data and insight, and harnessing our passion to succeed to continue to improve how we deliver for our clients as we scale.”
Peter Haden, chief executive of Fletchers Group, added: “I’m delighted to welcome Miriam to Fletchers.
“Having worked closely with her over the past four years, I’ve seen first-hand the impact she brings - combining sharp strategic thinking with a relentless focus on delivery.
“She has already played an important role in strengthening our operational performance and how we deliver for our clients.
“This appointment reflects both her contribution to date and the critical role she will play as we continue to scale the business, enhance performance and invest in our people.”
