Lift Club raises the bar in Harrogate
A Harrogate gym is evolving its offering with a premium approach designed to combine training, wellbeing and community under one roof.
Lift Club, founded by 25-year-old entrepreneur Beth Johnson, has continued to grow following a £250,000 investment in a 3000sq ft gym facility in Pannal.
Now, the business is refining its model to deliver a more personalised and high-end experience.
The remodelled space introduces small group training sessions with a six-to-one coach ratio, allowing programmes to be tailored to individual goals and abilities.
The approach is supported by on-floor coaching, nutrition guidance and ongoing accountability.
Alongside strength and conditioning, the gym now offers Reformer Pilates in a dedicated studio, as well as a recovery area featuring a sauna and ice bath.
With a background in sports nutrition and exercise science, Beth has shaped Lift Club around a holistic approach to health and performance, setting it apart in the local fitness market.
She said: “This new concept, which is already big in London, combines the energy of a community gym environment with the benefit of one-to-one coaching.
“I want to offer something more than a class-based gym, more personal, where everything is individualised.”
