mfg Solicitors appoints senior associate
mfg Solicitors has appointed Ian Sheppard as a senior associate in its commercial litigation team.
Based in the firm’s Birmingham office, Ian will work closely with head of department Sam Pedley.
He brings around 20 years’ experience in commercial and civil litigation, advising on matters including shareholder disputes, professional negligence and contract claims.
Ian’s appointment strengthens the firm’s litigation offering as it continues to support a growing client base.
Ian said: “I am very excited to join Sam and the team at mfg Solicitors.
“The firm has a superb reputation regionally and nationally, so to be part of that is a tremendous opportunity for me.
“I look forward to contributing throughout the months and years ahead, not just to the team, but the firm as a whole.”
Sam Pedley, partner and head of the commercial litigation department at mfg Solicitors, added: “Ian joining us adds further expertise, experience and depth to the team.
“He is a renowned litigator who has represented countless individuals and businesses for over two decades.
“We’re delighted he has joined the firm and he is already making an impact as we grow further across the region, but especially in Birmingham.”
