Mincoffs strengthens dispute team with hire
Newcastle-based law firm Mincoffs Solicitors has appointed Jade Kennedy to its dispute resolution team as demand for its services continues to grow.
Jade brings experience across residential and commercial disputes, including landlord and tenant and property litigation matters.
She trained and qualified at a regional North East firm, having previously spent seven years at an international law firm in Newcastle as a paralegal.
In her new role, she will support clients across a wide range of dispute resolution matters.
Jade said: “I am delighted to be joining Mincoffs’ dispute resolution team. Mincoffs has a longstanding excellent reputation in the North East, which I am excited to become a part of.
“From my first interview I knew the firm was the right fit for me and have been made to feel incredibly welcome by everybody.
“I am looking forward to continuing to develop my skills in the team and being a part of their continuing success.”
Stewart Irvine, partner and head of the dispute resolution team at Mincoffs, added: “We are very excited to welcome Jade to the team as a newly qualified solicitor.
“Her substantial experience as a paralegal before she secured her training contract with a local competitor, helped her to stand out during the interview process with us.
“Upon qualification, Jade wanted to secure a position with a successful commercial law firm, which offered a good client basis, a diverse workload, and the opportunity to be part of a thriving litigation team.
“We are pleased that Jade accepted our offer to join the team to help contribute to our continued success and we wish her all the best for her future with us.”
