Finders International & Premier Solicitors scoop top prizes at 2026 Probate Industry Awards
Finders International and Premier Solicitors have been named leading winners at the Probate Industry Awards 2026, now in their eighth year, which recognise excellence across the probate legal and research sectors.
The awards, held in London and hosted by comedian Omid Djalili, highlight achievement in areas including legal service delivery, operational performance, client outcomes and wider contribution to the probate profession.
Premier Solicitors was named National Probate Law Firm of the Year, with judges recognising the firm’s sustained performance and ability to deliver high-volume probate services while maintaining consistent client standards. The firm continues to rank among the UK’s leading providers by application volume.
Finders International was awarded UK Probate Research Firm of the Year, reflecting its established position within the sector and its ongoing contribution to probate research, including work supporting legal practitioners, local authorities and the administration of estates.
The individual Lawyer of the Year award was presented to Natalie Payne of Morr & Co, recognised for outstanding professional achievement, technical expertise and a strong commitment to client care. Judges noted her consistent delivery of complex probate work alongside a clear contribution to professional standards within the sector.
Story of the Year was awarded to YouSpotProperty’s founder, Ben Radstone, for highlighting the growing issue of abandoned and derelict probate properties across the UK. The firm was praised for its community-based approach to tackling empty homes, having ‘rescued’ thousands of them.
The Probate Industry Awards continue to provide a platform for acknowledging professional standards and developments within a sector facing increasing demand and complexity.
