Harrison Drury appoints legal director
Manchester-based law firm Harrison Drury has appointed Josh Bragg as legal director in its commercial property team.
Josh joins from Addleshaw Goddard, where he was a managing associate, and previously worked at Irwin Mitchell.
He brings extensive experience advising developers, land promoters and housebuilders on complex property matters.
In his new role, Josh will focus on development, site assembly and strategic land work, as well as supporting clients on retail disposals and landlord and tenant matters.
Josh said: “Manchester is clearly an important part of Harrison Drury’s growth, and there’s a real sense of momentum building within its commercial property team which I am very excited to be a part of.
“The firm’s reputation in the North West, commitment to its people and the supportive culture it has built was a big draw for me.”
Josh’s appointment strengthens the firm’s Manchester team as it continues to grow its commercial property offering.
Hannah Hughes, partner and co-head of Harrison Drury’s commercial property team, added: “Continuing to add breadth and depth to our commercial property team across the North has been a key part of our growth strategy and means we can support even more developers, investors and businesses across the region.
“Josh is a strong senior hire who brings lots of relevant experience in development-led projects.
“His background advising on complex transactions and focus on building lasting relationships with clients makes him a great fit for our growing Manchester team.”
