mfg Solicitors strengthens Birmingham corporate team
Midlands law firm mfg Solicitors has appointed Nick Little as partner within its Birmingham corporate team as the business continues to expand its presence in the city.
Nick joins from Shoosmiths and will advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and wider corporate advisory matters from the firm’s Waterloo Street office in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District.
He will work closely with Clare Lang, partner and head of corporate, following a series of recent senior hires across the firm’s Birmingham and Worcester offices.
Nick said: “I was attracted to mfg Solicitors not only because of the first-class reputation of its corporate team, but also due to the firm’s clear ambition and growth plans.
“A diverse range of large PLCs, SMEs and owner-managed firms are turning to us for advice and guidance on a wide range of complex matters, so to be part of Clare’s team is an exciting move for me.”
Clare added: “Nick has built a superb reputation over more than a decade as a corporate solicitor.
“Countless business deals both regionally and nationally have benefited from his advice and leadership, and we’re delighted to have him join the team.
“Nick is the latest in a series of appointments to our corporate team both in Birmingham and the wider region.
“He is already making an impact with our clients and across the firm.
“I look forward to working with him in the months and years ahead.”
