Knights opens new Nottingham base
A national legal and professional services firm has strengthened its Nottingham presence with a move to a new city centre office.
Knights has taken space at Waterfront House, returning to the heart of the city after operating from Electric Avenue since 2020.
The new office provides space for more than 80 professionals and includes a dedicated client suite, event facilities and collaborative working areas.
Bosses say the move forms part of the firm’s long-term commitment to Nottingham and the wider East Midlands, while supporting closer links with its teams in Leicester, Lincoln, Sheffield and Birmingham.
They add the new workspace has been designed to bring colleagues and clients together, providing a setting for meetings, networking events and specialist briefings covering areas including property, employment and tax.
The relocation also supports the firm’s wider strategy of creating a modern national office network, following recent investments including the move of its Cardiff team to One Central Square, while enhancing both client experience and employee wellbeing.
Regional client services director David Lister said: “Relocating to the heart of Nottingham strengthens how we support our clients – placing us alongside the businesses and communities we work with every day.
“Being in a city centre location means we are more accessible and more connected, enabling us to build the kind of close, relationship-led partnerships that underpin our work.
“It also gives us a stronger platform to deliver a premium, bespoke service – bringing clients together, sharing insight, and giving them direct access to the breadth of expertise across our national platform.”
Chief experience officer Jo Beech added: “Returning to the heart of Nottingham reflects both our ambition and commitment to creating the right environment for guests and colleagues.
“We have designed this space to support our people and the way we work – bringing people together, enabling everyone to do their best work, and ensuring clients experience the same quality and consistency wherever they engage with us.”
